MEET OUR PASTOR

A second generation pastor, Oyebanjo Olowe is the founding and Senior Pastor of LifeChangers Gospel Church currently located in Union, New Jersey.

After his ordination post seminary in 2007, he caught the vision to plant LifeChangers Gospel Church, a kind of church that will help people connect with God and grow into Christ followers to become Difference-Makers.

Pastor Banjo is a straightforward communicator who uniquely connects God's unchanging truth through compelling and creative teaching methods. He is devoted to Pamela, his wife of 14 years and their two daughters, Yewande and Ayobami.

Pastor Banjo has a background as a healthcare professional. He holds degrees both from New Jersey City University and University of Medicine and Dentistry Newark, NJ-School of Health Related professions. He currently is working on his Th.d in Theology.

For pleasure, Pastor Banjo enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam and their two daughters. He enjoys playing tennis and the game of chess.

TIMELINE

October 24-26, 2007: Caught Vision to Plant LifeChangers

April 12, 2008: Vision Casting for LifeChangers at Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.

May 4, 2008: First service at the Olowe's residence in Union NJ with 5 families in attendance.

August 31, 2008: Induction of first members of LifeChangers.

October 18, 2009: LAUNCH of LifeChangers in Union, NJ.

Pamela Olowe is the wife of Banjo Olowe, the Senior Pastor of LifeChangers Gospel Church. She helps direct many of the creative and organizational aspects of the church. As Director of Quality Control for LifeChangers, Mrs. Olowe is actively involved in the recruiting process for all volunteer and staff members. It is her task to ensure the level of excellence in the various areas in ministry. She has been married to her husband for 14 years.

Pamela communicates God’s Word with tenderness and grace, and encourages others to follow a more personal relationship with Jesus. Her passion is to continue to see herself and others embrace the joys of walking with Christ in the family, workplace and life in general.

In the very near future, Pamela will begin to host Women of Balance—a women’s event that will be held at LifeChangers Gospel Church born out of her desire to show women their true value and worth in God’s eyes. She is also a gifted singer and a trained minister. Pamela is educated at the School of Business of Seton Hall University.

For Pleasure, Pamela enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Wande and Bami. She also enjoys walking, playing tennis as well as a good game of scrabble.
